Detailed description of the problem: The
digital pressure gauge is 6 MPa, 0.05 level, and it can detect a pointer table
with a large range and accuracy level. How is it calculated specifically?
The errors of digital pressure gauges and pointer pressure gauges are
calculated based on the full range. The accuracy levels of digital pressure
gauges are generally 0.02, 0.05, 0.1, and 0.2.
Take a digital pressure gauge of grade 0.05 and 6MPa as an example:
The allowable error is ± 6MPa × 0.05% = ± 0.003MPa.
According to "JJG52-1999 spring tube type general pressure gauge, pressure
vacuum gauge and vacuum gauge" about the value transfer regulations,
according to 1/4 calculation
The maximum allowable error of the calibrated test table ± 0.003MPa × 4 = ±
0.012MPa
0.012MPa ÷ 4% × 100% = 0.3MPa
0.012MPa ÷ 2.5% × 100% = 0.48MPa
0.012MPa ÷ 1.6% × 100% = 0.75MPa
From the above, 6 MPa, 0.05 grade digital pressure gauges can verify (0.3-6) MPa,
4 grade and (0.48-6) MPa, 2.5 grade, (0.75-6) MPa, 1.6 grade general pressure
gauge. The accuracy of other ranges can be calculated according to the above
method.
