KE series dead weight tester can build pressures up to 250 MPa. They are mainly used in measurement and verification laboratories to verify digital pressure gauges, pressure sensors, pressure transmitters, precision pressure gauges and ordinary pressure gauges. Suitable for high-level metrology institutions, pressure instruments, instrument manufacturers and metrology departments of modern factories.

 Accuracy grade: 0.05 grade, 0.02 grade, 0.005 grade

 Cutting-edge built-in pipeline layout, the table is simple and clean;

 With pre-pressure function, easy to pressurize under high pressure;

 Both the piston and the piston cylinder are made of hard alloy tungsten carbide material with high strength, high hardness, and low temperature linear expansion coefficient after careful grinding, which has a wide working environment temperature and stable performance of 20 ± 5 ℃;

 Oil medium lubrication, high piston sensitivity;

 Super hard material, long piston life, negligible pressure deformation;

 Each weight has an adjustment cavity to facilitate periodic inspection and adjustment;

 All stainless steel pipe joints, well sealed, no aging problem of plastic pipes;

 Working medium: Diisooctyl sebacate

 Pressure gauge connector: M20 * 1.5 internal thread (two)

 Adopting quick connector, it is easy to operate and can be tightened easily without a wrench;

The position of the piston is monitored by a displacement sensor. The vertical stroke of the piston is 0 ~ 3mm.

 Grade 0.05 is carbon steel weight, grade 0.02 and above is non-magnetic stainless steel weight;
